If you are shooting buildings handheld then you will need a higher ISO 800- 3200, and a Shutter Speed that you can keep your hands steady with - for me it would be about 1/60th sec - 1/200 sec depending on the light conditions. Photographing moving people at night you will need to keep your Aperture wide f/5 - f/1.8.
