The AD200 (200 Ws) is actually roughly 3x more powerful than the TT685 (~60-70 Ws). But the biggest difference is that the TT685 has a flash foot and tilt/swivel head, so you can use it both on-camera and off. The AD200 has no flash foot, no tilt/swivel ability (all once solid piece) and can only be used off-camera.
