Here is the step:1、Go to File>new blank file.2、Open your picture file.3、Crop your picture to 2x2 " with the crop tool.4、Go to Select>all, then Edit>copy to put it on the clipboard.5、Go back to the blank file from step #1, then Edit>paste.6、Position the picture with the move tool.
