Make sure none of the remote buttons are jammed or stuck. Point the remote control at the remote control sensor located at the front of the TV. If applicable, make sure the blue protective tape is removed from the sensor. Replace the batteries, or recharge the supplied remote control if it has a rechargeable battery.
