Go to Settings > Camera > Formats. Turn on ProRAW & Resolution Control. Tap Pro Default, then choose HEIF Max, ProRAW 12 MP, or ProRAW Max as your default resolution and format. Note: If you've chosen Most Compatible as your Camera Capture setting, JPEG Max is used instead of HEIF Max.
