No woman can produce breastmilk on demand whenever she wants to make someone her non-Mahram. The Quran has a very clear rule about breastfeeding. The allowed window of breastfeeding is the first 2 years of a child's life. Even after that, the own mother cannot breastfeed the baby anymore.
