Open the 'Layout' menu, select 'Margins' and then click on 'Custom Margins' at the bottom of the drop-down menu. This opens the 'Page Setup' dialogue box. In this dialogue box, select the landscape mode in the 'Orientation' section. In the setup box, choose 'Selected text' instead of 'Whole document'.
