Okay I had a look, hdmi 2.0 does support 5120×1440, but at 60hz only, so maybe it's not selecting your hz correctly. Maybe the cable is broken, tried several? With usb c you need either a adapter to displayport or hdmi so you could try a hdmi adapter.
