Pleasant words are a honeycomb; sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. ( Proverbs 16:24) Some people consistently speak "pleasant words." This doesn't mean they're always gentle words or not strong people. But their words are kind, gracious, cheerful, and delightful to hear.
