How did Khloe lose weight so fast?

Khloe's diet plan was low in carbohydrates and high in protein. She ate about 6 to 8 meals a day and avoided any form of dairy as she noticed that she was able to lose weight easily when she was off dairy. Even though her diet was designed for weight loss, it was not restrictive.
