Begin by turning the thermal camera on by pressing the on/off button. Allow the camera to remain on for a minimum of 5 minutes before beginning the thermal profile. If the tilde sign “~” is observed before the temperature reading in the top left corner of the screen, the camera has not had enough time to warm up.
