What is the minimum shutter speed for auto ISO?

Conventionally when auto ISO is used, the camera tries to maintain a shutter speed using the reciprocal of the focal length as the minimum shutter speed. So a 50mm lens results in 1/50th as the min shutter speed with the camera increasing the ISO to allow that with the chosen aperture value in Av mode.
