No D5600 isn't a full frame DSLR. It's an APS-C crop type sensor DSLR. Yes you can use a full frame lens on it. Full frame (fx) lenses work on both fx and APS-C type dslrs but dx lenses work only on dx (APS-C) DSLRs.
