If you use Photoshop for small editing purpose like Color Grading, Cropping, Etc…. then 16 Gig RAM is more than enough. If you use Photoshop for higher editing like Liquefy, Content aware, etc,, then 16 gig is fine but not Great. For smooth run of Photoshop, it needs 32Gig RAM.
