Allah is recognised by His perfect attributes - of which one is 'Rab' which translates as 'Lord' in English. So, Yes. God is often addressed as Lord in Islam. The Arabic word 'Rab' literally means 'Master' or 'Sustainer' and as such, means Lord too.
