One way is to set the shutter speed at 1/60 of a second in the US/Canada (or 1/50 in other countries), which should catch a full cycle, resulting in even exposure. Setting the shutter speed to 1/125 of a second should also work (1/100 in other countries), since you catch half of the cycle.
