National government bans of Dahua and Hikvision, of varying scope, are disclosed publicly in Lithuania, Taiwan, the United States, and the United Kingdom; Scotland and Wales also implemented bans separately. In the EU, the European Parliament removed Hikvision over human rights abuses, but has no EU-wide policy.
