Flash can reverse time on Earth to the time before Dormammu's invasion. Since this is happening in another dimension, even Dormammu won't be aware of what is happening. That said, still nothing in DCEU can still match up to Dormammu. They cannot, once again, touch Dormammu let alone fight on equal grounds or win.
