The iPhone 15 can capture video at up to 4K resolution on all of its cameras—60fps on the main and selfie and 30fps on the ultrawide. You also get Apple's Cinematic mode at 4K@30fps on both the main and selfie cams and HDR video capture. Action mode video is carried forward from last year as well.
