Managing allergies while out in the field or during long photo sessions is crucial for staying comfortable and delivering high-quality images.  Here's how I adapt my shooting technique to overcome these challenges:

1. Prioritizing Locations & Timing:

Pollen Check: Before heading out, research pollen counts and weather conditions that may affect my allergies.

Optimal Shooting Times:  Early mornings or late afternoons often have lower pollen levels for a better environment.

2.  Managing Reactions on the Go:

Medication Essentials: I carry my allergy medication at all times and adhere to a consistent regimen, ensuring effective symptom control.

Local Remedies: Nasal sprays and inhalers can be essential tools for managing immediate symptoms on site.

Hydration is Key: Dehydration can exacerbate allergy symptoms, so I prioritize ample water intake throughout the shoot.

3.  On-the-Fly Adjustments & Gear:

Focus Adaptation:  For situations where pollen affects my vision, I use a different focus point or practice more deliberate autofocus techniques.
