Open the "Settings" on your phone: The Settings holds the controls needed to control blue light. Select "Display": The Display icon is found in the middle of the Settings screen. Tap on "Eye Comfort": Once in Display, select Eye Comfort which leads you to two options, Adaptive and Custom.
