Its a good average starting salary for fresh grads! It does vary especially companies do look at latin honors, credentials, etc. Some of those people can get up to 30k as starting even as fresh grads, but then again it varies so don't compare yourself! 20k - 25k is still a bit above the minimum so its still good!
