4k it's nice for the quality and if you want some extra "zoom" you can crop it and don't lose quality. Now 1080p is still a nice resolution, but the 60 fps you will use only if you want it smooth or if you want to do a slow motion. But be aware... we have to double the fps on the shutter speed.
