What camera setting is best for birds?

For a 'standard' shot of a bird in flight (rather than a slow pan), here's what my settings would be:Shutter speed: 1/1000-1/4000 of a second, depending on the size of the bird.Aperture: wide open (which happens to be f/5.6 with both my lenses)ISO: Auto.Back button focus.
